Max 18 Custom This Max 18 Custom was the based on a request from our client to give a more square interior with the ability to maximize space using a flip down counter on the driver side wall. This business facility has two rooms inside a body compartment that is 18 ft long. The custom tool cabinet is unique and designed from a sketch provided by the client. This Client also requested enough room to include a rear utility room that could be accessed from the front grooming area via a door access isle way.

This is one of our recent custom, single entry format interiors with a custom horizontal rear water tank area designed to allow this customer to have a sleeping bunk when traveling to dog shows or other events. We also have a front and rear entry format interior that has a nice size bathroom in the rear corner and a work desk area. The two entry design will be unveiled at the 2004 Hershey Groom Expo. EZ-access, NO VINYL covers to trap moisture. No closed compartments where hair can collect or hide. No areas where the studio heat can't maintain above freezing temperatures. This prevents frozen water lines in the winter. Simply blow clean the areas and within a minute or two the entire van is cleared of hair with the Hi"V" dryer forced air system which reaches every part of this grooming studio. Key design points:

design. The ease of access is easy to see. The water tanks, pumps and dryer can be removed in less than 10 minutes and re-installed within 15 minutes. This means easy tank removal and cleaning when needed. Another Hanvey first! Anything can be fixed in minutes, if required. Less downtime. |

The Hanvey Hi "V" dryer system is designed specifically to meet the
challenge of mobile grooming. This system can operate at 10 amps or 14.5
amps. At 14.5 amps, the Hanvey Hi"V" system gives you the power found on
most 20 amp dryers and is not as likely to trip a power breaker for
groomers who plug in or "shoreline" for power.

The Elevator Table can lift and support up to 700 pounds of dog and goes down to 11 inches. It also has locking wheels that can be released along with the additional security strap so you can roll the big dogs directly to the front of the tub for easy placement into the tub. Natural Light Assist... Both forced air vents are designed to act as a skylights. Notice the skylight power vent just above the tub. Another skylight power vent is located above the grooming table area. Plus you have access to even more light from the windows in the entry door. Rear door windows are optional. |

We designed our bulkhead to prevent moisture from getting onto the front driving cab's windows and prevent hair from getting into the cab air conditioning system. Two hassles we eliminated. If you already own a grooming van you will certainly understand this next statement. All "cat holes" have been eliminated so if a cat gets loose, the cat cannot end up in the front cab area. This solid door system also improves safety by preventing moving objects from entering the forward cab area while driving. This door also improves the efficiency of the rear air conditioning system by keeping solar heat isolated to the front cab while parked during summer months. The two entry Max 14
have standard height doors
rather than the full size door shown here in a single entry unit. |
| Easy Plumbing Access |

In past designs, plumbing was "built-in". In fact, some plumbing could not be accessed without removing tanks and wall panels. If you ever owned a pre-GX7 design and developed a leak around your tub drain, could you even fix it? The GX7 gives you easy access to all plumbing. Slide in, slide out, quick change water pumps. There are no hidden areas to freeze in the middle of a cold winter night. If you need to clean the gray water tank, take it out, open its top cap and clean it out. It will only take a few minutes to remove. It really can't get any easier than this. Here comes another Hanvey exclusive! Whole
