13,500 BTU Roof Top Air Conditioning

The Hanvey Economy Sprinter Grooming Vantm has a roof top air conditioning rather than the internal sub roof A/C System.
The roof top A/C has it's own dedicated plug-in port to allow for a separate plug-in at source to prevent tripping circuit breakers. This roof top A/C is the same type of A/C other companies offer as their only and standard air conditioning system but not at an economy price.

You choose the van body you want.

Even in our "Economy" products we can not help but put a 16 gauge stainless steel tub in the mix. Notice that 16 gauge is standard in the premium offerings of one of our competitors. Economy does not mean "Cheap".

Complete, sealed flooring system allows you to flush/soak the floor with water for cleaning. Water cannot get behind the walls or under the floor.

The Complete Seal flooring system is installed throughout the grooming studio and rear compartment. This picture shows the attractive, highly durable floor and lower wall system. Look carefully at the floor in other pictures found on this website.

If you want to know the quality of the flooring system in any grooming van, ask the builder if he is willing to warranty the floor and sub floor if you pour a bucket of water on the floor every night while cleaning the floor. Hanvey will maintain the warranty even if you pour many buckets and flood wash the floor every night.

The high tech spray-in flooring system adds 2-3 days to the build process and costs over $1500. Yes, it's worth every penny."

"Our high tech flooring/wall system is one more reason why a professional grooming van design should always be done by an engineer with massive amounts of input from thousands of groomers. The floor and lower wall system you see in Hanvey HGV's is one of my most prized joint effort inventions comprised from a cooperative effort between real groomers and a real engineer. This system is so innovative and superior to sheet flooring that many of the new grooming trailer builders now use similar systems to water proof their flooring systems. It will take awhile for other mobile grooming van builders to use this system but in time every mobile grooming van builder will follow our lead and develop high density sealed flooring systems.

It is much easier and faster to install vinyl or rubber sheet flooring and give the sheet and 20-50 year warranty(not the subfloor) but sheet floor does not prevent water from getting in the walls from the wall/floor joint. What good is a long warranty if it only covers the glued down vinyl or rubber flooring sheet.

A spray in urethane rubber system actually creates a waterproof floor basin that allows you to flood the floor with water and cause no moisture damage or sour moisture odor. The primary reason for the spray in seal system is to eliminate "that odor' you will smell in most mobile grooming vans and trailers that is caused by souring dog oils that have soaked into decorative vinyl padding, behind the walls and under the flooring sheet. Probably the dirtiest thing I know of being done in mobile grooming vans is the use of padded vinyl to act as trim around the edge of the floor. Marine grade vinyl still absorbs moisture and where dog a dogs urine go when he goes on the floor since the van is almost never level? It goes directly to the padded vinyl baseboard and it lower joint area. If we could find any other way to gain all of the benefits with an easier system, we would be doing it. Spray in flooring systems add 2-3 days to the build process and costs over $1500. We invested around $30,000 in the equipment to properly install this system. We even had to get a unique formula because Rhino and Linex formulas had distinctive issues that we wanted to avoid. Yes, it's worth minute of added labor time and every extra penny spent.

Every urethane spray in system is not alike. One version requires top seal coating or serious problems will arise so we only use the best and use a customized installation process filled with trade secret methods that can not be duplicated by anyone in the industry."

Look at this door! You can upgrade to this swing open, windowed, easy access, full height studio entry through the bulkhead wall from the driving cab. No more stooping!

If you decide you do not want the windowless standard slider/fold door, you can upgrade to the same door found in our premium grade HGV(shown in pictures to right and left).

Ever notice how low the bulkhead wall door is in a traditional Ford grooming van? Have you seen curtains between the cab and the grooming area? You have certainly seen vans with no safety partition wall.

What is so important about having a wall seperating the grooming area from the grooming area? The groomers safety and a door is very important.

The window in this door eliminates several blind spots. You can look through the door window and through the vans sliding door window to see cars in the lane beside you.
